LOCAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)
We use J&T Express Singapore services for all your shipping requirements. Currently, we offer the following shipping option excluding restricted areas (e.g. Pulau Ubin).
Your tracking number will be provided in a separate email, and it can be tracked on the J&T Express Singapore website after your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days
Shipping time is 2 to 5 working days (Excluding processing time)
Order processing time will take longer during storewide discount and key campaign period. We seek your kind patience while we may sure your order is handled in the best possible way.
TRACK YOUR PARCEL
You will receive a notification email once your order is packed.
Once the parcel is scanned and picked up by courier, the tracking detail will start to show in the tracking page.
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are packed using high quality kraft boxes and internal layer by parchment paper to minimise damage during delivery.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS / REQUEST
We try our best to meet any special request. However any request to deliver at specific timings is not guaranteed as it depends on the courier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.
We offer two ways of shipping internationally*:
(1) International Courier (FedEx), which is more costly but usually with a much shorter transit time and accurate tracking.
(2) Registered Mail (Singapore Post), which is often more affordable but with a longer transit time (especially during COVID).
Your shipping options will be shown at check out and you may select your preferred method. The costs and estimated lead time for each shipping method will be displayed at check out.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Internationally shipped packages may be subject to customs and import fees. The exact amount of such fees are determined by your local customs laws.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information on import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs (in Singapore dollars) are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Tracking is available on all delivery services. You willll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
