GTCL Terms and Conditions

1. Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your access and use of all GTCL Pte Ltd (“GTCL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) services, including our websites, workshops, exhibitions, ticketed experiences, email notifications, applications, and/or purchases of products (“Products”) or event tickets (“Tickets”).

• By using our Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.

2. Privacy Policy

• Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and store your personal data.
• By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Information About Us

GTCL Pte Ltd is a company registered in Singapore (UEN 201304129W) with its registered office at 10 Anson Road, #10-11, Singapore 079903.

4. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Changes to Services

• Our Services evolve continuously. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services (including events or products) without notice or liability.
• We make no guarantee that any Service, Product, or Event will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

6. Accessing Our Services

• Access to our Services is provided on a temporary basis. We may suspend or restrict access without prior notice.
• You are responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing our Services through your internet connection complies with these Terms.

7. Formation of Contract (Products and Tickets)

• All listings of Products or Experiences on our site are invitations to treat. Orders or bookings submitted constitute an offer to purchase.
• An order or booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Processing of payment does not constitute acceptance unless confirmed by us. If an order or booking cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Experiential Terms (Workshops, Exhibitions, and Events)

• Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased for any GTCL & / House of VSE experience are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If a facilitator or host is unable to proceed, the session will be rescheduled. If the ticket holder cannot attend, a full refund will be issued.
• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the session.
• Photography and Videography: Images and videos may be recorded for marketing. Inform the facilitator if you do not wish to be identifiable.
• Participant Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Health and Safety: Participation is at your own risk. GTCL is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence.
• Force Majeure for Events: If events are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify ticket holders and provide refunds or rescheduling options.

9. Product Information, Price, and Payment

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or details of Products are error-free.
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

10. Promotions and Vouchers

All promotions, vouchers, or discount codes are subject to additional terms as may be published on our website at the time of issue. They are non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and valid only during the specified period.

11. Delivery and Refunds for Products

• Delivery charges and timelines are as stated at checkout.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, except where impracticable.
• We do not accept returns except as required by law or under an approved refund request.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, events, materials, and marketing content belong to GTCL or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Your participation and use of our Services are at your own risk.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTCL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services, attendance at events, or purchase of products.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed SGD 100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GTCL harmless against any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

15. Force Majeure

No party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic restrictions, war, strikes, or government orders. In such cases, performance timelines may be extended or obligations suspended.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

17. Language

In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
